Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian chili with my roomie.  :)  She is on a Candida diet and so this was good for both of us!

If you are gluten-free, check out this website/online store called Celiac Specialties. The sandwiches are amazing, the wraps are tasty, and the desserts are delicious.

I made gluten-free peppermint meringue cookies with chocolate chips over the weekend, but I can’t tell you the specific recipe because it’s a family secret!

Yummy Bisquick Gluten-Free Pancakes!!!

Gluten-free Burritos! It’s been a long time since I’ve had one. :)

So I tried to bake gluten-free soft pretzels earlier this evening using this mix, but I am not quite the skilled pretzel folder that some are… but they still taste good! :)  I recommend this mix though, and I plan on trying again with the pretzel rolling.  I will post pictures if I succeed. 

Trader Joe’s makes and sells really good miniature dark chocolate peanut butter cups…and they’re gluten-free! 

That was a perfect bite-size way to enjoy the end of Halloween.
